Repairs

We stand behind the jewelry we sell and offer repairs on any jewelry that has been purchased with us, we cannot repair jewelry purchased elsewhere. Once we receive the item to be repaired, we will do most repairs at no charge to the customer for the first year, after that a charge may apply. Please keep the original receipt to confirm purchase at our store location. Repairs are sent elsewhere and may require 4­ to 8 weeks due to the shipping back and forth and also depending on the supplier.
